2026-05-31	Hu*****	I’ve been using the app for about 15 months now. I’ve had a lot of fun with a few of the break shops; however, there are some bad apples that do some questionable things. I’ve reached out to Fanatics support and they have been less than helpful - typically just redirecting me back to the shady break shop I’ve complained about. They’re 100% just about making money.

2026-05-29	Ma*****	Had been targeted by recent ads to download this app because I enjoy collecting sports cards. The ads and their website brought people in with their “free rip for new app users” but when I tried to check it out, it was “no longer being offered” despite its current website promoting it and extremely recent ads doing the same. Bait and switch tactic. Pretty lame.

2026-04-18	Ge*****	I was excited to try this app but now I’m regretting every bit of it. I began with making a small purchase, a pokemon booster bundle for $55, just so that I could learn the app mechanics. There’s been absolutely no transparency since. I bought the bundle on the 12th, it’s now the 17th and I haven’t received tracking or a response from the seller at all. I’m incredibly glad that I didn’t drop the $300+ that I was originally wanting to. I attempted to contact support because I there’s been no movement and I finally got a response that was completely unprofessional, terrible grammar- I have no idea what the person was trying to suggest. I was told by them to wait until the 24th to see if I get tracking by then… so 12 days after my purchase. That’s absolutely insane. I spend a good bit of my hard earned money on my collection hobby and this isn’t the app to do that with. If you want card auctions stick with Whatnot and if you like instant card rips stick with Triumph Rips. People deserve transparency when spending their hard earned money.

2026-04-08	Ge*****	Fanatics has zero care for its customers. Its apps are buggy and do not for allow for payments in the right ways. If you have an issue, they will direct you to a bot that has no answers. There’s no actual person to respond to your problems. Email submissions on issues take months and there is no resolution.

2026-04-07	Jo*****	You would think spending a fortune on their products would be enough to have a simple problem fixed. I am sitting here after a month of trying to solve a simple problem. I have been trying to link my fanatics Live and sportsbook accounts but I can’t. I have called 8 times and sent about 5 emails. I get bounced around and ignored. Apparently I am asking for too much.
