I’m not sure how I got to this level of frustration, but I wanna say that things weren’t always this terrible, which is why I’m leaving a review today. As of late, I’ve been neglected as a client because of how late my submissions populate and I’ve been absolutely ignored when it comes to getting my advances on time. I can’t even provide this company with the benefit of the doubt that they’re working on my submissions on a high level, when it takes up to 3 weeks for my cards to populate before scheduling an auction and about a week to generate my advance. I don’t understand how a company fails to do 2 simple tasks when their clients risk EVERYTHING on their platform to provide high value cards for their weekly auctions. BFFR. You guys put up 0 risk and eat guaranteed premiums while you leave your clients in the corner to patiently wait for their cards to finally populate after weeks on end. ALT crushes when it comes to haste and speed. You guys have a lot to work on and there’s no excuse for that.
