Many aspects of this app are unresponsive and confusing. I can’t open a previously added device that is connected over Bluetooth. I have to remove it and re-add it, which also often requires me to forget the Bluetooth device at the iOS level. Many tap areas are so narrow I have to just start tapping in hopes I get a tap area. The account sign up feature is super buggy. Significant software update and functionality differences between iOS and Android for my iDSD GR 2. Other brands have figured it out regardless of Apple’s perceived limitations. Reports of this app and account having to talk to Chinese servers. Why do I need to grant location access to the app to talk to a Bluetooth device (and even a USB device on the Android version)?! You should fire whatever developer house you farmed this out to and rebuild it with some real care and attention. It makes your brand look terrible and degrades the user experience of your products.
