Funny Print

Can’t even save properly, every single movement in the label broke all your prior work!

I ordered this printer and expected a 4 by 6 inch printer like advertised but i received a printer that prints 4 by 6 millimeter labels. Dont fall for this garbage and never buy the printer that goes with this app which is also garbage.

I recently purchased a printer and overall I’m very happy with both the device and the app — it’s generally easy and convenient to use. However, I’ve started experiencing an issue lately: the “Print” button has stopped working. It’s placed very close to the “Save” button, and both are quite small, which already makes it a bit inconvenient. But now the main problem is that the “Print” button simply doesn’t respond at all. At first, I thought it might be an issue with my phone, but we installed the app on another device and experienced the exact same problem. Everything worked fine before, so this seems to be a recent issue, possibly after an update. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this and fix it. Also, I’d like to suggest an improvement: when copying text into the app, it would be very helpful if it could retain the original formatting (such as fonts, styles, etc.), instead of pasting as plain text that needs to be edited again within the app.
