2026-06-21	Ar*****	I have paid over $150 for tokens for ONE story and am not yet halfway through. My fault, I had a little money to spend and the story was good so I paid what I paid. However, I am now again out of tokens/vouchers/whatever and there are still 72 chapters left. Don’t do it. You are wasting your money.

2026-06-21	rf*****	I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 weeks and cannot get anyone to email me back. They say it is controlled in your iTunes subscription but it is pulling directly from my card.. I just want the subscription cancelled and the two weeks refunded that were not used. 2026-06-16	do*****	What do you mean I paid almost $20 to read not even 1/8 of a book? The buy per chapter price is WAY too high. $20 should guarantee me at least one book worth of coins/vouchers. If I bought the biggest coin package (x5) , it would cost me an additional $500.00 for ONE book. Insane

This is the second time that I bought a Monthly Subscription and a week into the month the subscription stops giving me benefits and tells me to subscribe. Except when I click it, it says I am and my last expiry date is 07/05/2026. There is no chat help and when I try to write through feedback and upload photos. It pops me out of the App. $29.99 wasted and my book only updates every 2-3 days with 2 chapters at that.

It also cost a fortune to finish one book. Then customer service will only give me a generic reply about following the instructions to unsubscribe from my Apple ID which it was NEVER attached to, and therefore does not work. Scammy.
