So many issues and frequent crashes. The organization mocks MindBody but does it worse. Can never load a future week. Really hate this app and doesn't seem like they want to make any improvements to user functionality. Upsetting this is the app my studio chooses to use.

Arketa is trying to solve a real problem fitness businesses actually need—but in trying to be everything, they’ve sold businesses to get stuck in their platform that isn’t effective at any single feature. After 15 months, features promised during the sales process are still missing or unreliable. Frequent updates ignore real-world UX and regularly disrupt core business workflows. When issues arise, support takes weeks to diagnose and fix problems, leaving businesses to absorb the fallout. Good idea. Poor execution. Oversold, underdelivered, and not dependable for daily operations.
