2026-04-11	IA*****	Not only is the unit hard to pair with your phone app to or any other device and set up Wi-Fi EEQ and all that so complicated it is not user-friendly at all the app or the device JBL failed. It’s got great power great sound great performance, but the interface and the app seriously need an overhaul and for me to have owned this unit for over a year and they still have not fixed what they promised me. They failed the consumer and there’s nothing on YouTube.

2026-01-12	Go*****	This is an absolute abortion of an app. I have JBL’s top receiver in their newest line and the app does almost nothing for it. I can’t even use it as a basic remote for basic functions. Just have ChatGPT write you a basic app for basic controls. If the interface of the os itself and the app don’t get a massive overhaul in the very near future I will absolutely be replacing JBL products in every manner and watch the company’s demise from afar.
