Recent reviews

The sound quality for calls is poor. There is no noise cancellation features as mentioned on the specs list. The app doesn’t recognize my headphones and I have to turn the headset on and off each time. Switching from audio to video sound quality takes longer than 20 seconds. I have observed the volume tends to decrease out of nowhere, not sure what that is given it happens with my JBL earbuds too. Possible defect or climate trigger (warm temps). I won the device through work but I am sure I would not have spent my money on this particular product. I am not Happy and I actually love JBL products. I suppose you have to purchase the more expensive devices to get a real bang for your buck!
