2026-03-28	80*****	Love the smoothies don’t get me wrong but the app needs work. It’s not user-friendly & the promos they keep notifying us about doesn’t even work. There’s no way to redeem it, no barcode or promo code. Cashiers at the location refuses to honor it even when showed the email. Needs to be fixed.

2025-12-13	Ge*****	Love BEC but on a weekly basis I get notifications of discounts available on the app only when you place an order can never get the discount to apply. Going into the store is worse - I go to the West Hollywood location and when I tried to address the issue with staff the girl looks at me with glazed eyes and can’t do anything about it.
