I order the same thing every time: banana boat, no turbinado, add peanut butter. About 50% of the time I have to park and go into the store and have them remake it because it’s full of turbinado (sugar) and no peanut butter. It’s like they don’t read the order 1/2 the time, just the title and they make the smoothie without the modifications. I think most of the time customers don’t notice. I love smoothie king! I’ve lived several places with a local branch. This one in Jensen is the only place I have had this happen over and over. I’m writing this sitting inside instead of using the drive thru because I don’t want to have to return when the order is messed up! So 3 stars. 5 stars for the smoothie when prepared as requested. Minus 2 stars for the staff who don’t pay attention since they are always on personal calls on their phones while they work. Seems like good help is impossible to find these days. I get it.
