2026-03-06 Fa***** Based on what the doctor said, looks like the doctors face some limitations and policy restrictions for the web visit. He said he can't order any blood test or mucus cuture or chest X-Ray because of the policy despite my insisting and emphasizing on the serious chance of bacterial infection. Waste of time and money.

2026-02-10 re***** The doctors are terrific, but the app is not so much. They tell me to follow up with forms that I cannot find in the app. It’s hard to follow up with specific doctors. Why can’t they simply have a messaging system like iMessage? Why do we have to use the app when it doesn’t have a proper message system?

2026-01-21 sm***** It took me two days and hours of my time getting an appointment and then…THE SCREEN FROZE. I’ve been dizzy for months and cannot get seen by an “appropriate” doctor through the horrific CS APP and the no-good “Patient Advocacy” joke — the ONLY way to complain about mal service, which itself is MAL, and doesn’t care about us patients!
It took me two days and hours of my time getting an appointment and then…THE SCREEN FROZE.
