I really love this app. I’m about 1 year postpartum with my second and last child and have been really prioritizing getting back in shape and specifically strength training. This program is the first I’ve been able to stick to for an extended period after trying other very popular and more expensive options. Following the Build programs, I am always able to fit my workout in and I always know what I’m supposed to do that day. There’s no guessing. I’ve been tracking my weights and going up in most all of them. Most importantly, I feel really great!

I’m just beginning week four of the Build program and I’m impressed with my progressive gains already. I needed some direction with weights and I found it on Build. I’m only able to do it three times a week instead of the four, but even with that, I’m noticing the gains. Marlie is easy to listen to and gives thoughtful instructions. I do some modifications with a few of the moves due to nerve damage in my neck. I’m looking forward to the next program, when I finish Build!
