I wish I had read the reviews before I had my check deposit set up. It allows you to transfer money using a phone number, but, there is no way to track it after that. It does not give you a way to update debit cards linked with phone numbers so if a contact has canceled a debit card and has a new debit card. There is no way to update it on the app. The money is just floating out there until it declines. I called the customer service line. They said they could not see. I’m not able to see the transaction online nor am I able to cancel it. I can dispute it, but it can take up to 90 days. I do not have a lot of faith that this will be taken care of. There is an email that directs you to send feedback but when you send the feedback, the email bounces back and says it’s not a valid email. There are so many issues that I’m not sure I can continue using the account. It’s such a hassle.

why do i have to get a security code every single time even when i click remember me? my phone is currently shut off and i can't even check my balance lol

Had this account for several years. The functionality is super basic, if I lock my card, the app freezes up and I have to call them to unlock my card. Most recently I tried to transfer $2410 from my spending account to my savings account and there was an error. However, my money was still taken out of my spending account but not put into savings. I’ve called and spent countless hours on the phone and can’t get anybody to help me fix it, other than say it’s escalated…cool. It’s a simple fix any bank could just do manually review, but not here. My money is just gone. Beware!!
