Direct deposit setup is quick and the submission flow for transit reimbursements is simple.

Poor UI and confusing errors with login problems and authentication.
Slow refunds and customer service responses, with delays in processing.
Incorrect charges or misallocation of funds (HRA vs FSA) and notes cannot be corrected in the app.
Frequent password/authentication issues (biometric issues, autofill problems, sign-out due to inactivity).

Recent reviews

Anytime you use the app and go back, you need to start over. It tells you you need to have direct deposit or you’ll be charged $5 each time. Even if you’ve already set up direct deposit. Very frustrating
