Every time you switch to another app to get details it logs you out and you start over. WHY??? Not enough detail and confusing categories Card continuously gets blocked and not clear which transactions are blocking No notifications on app that your card is in decline status. Should be continuous and bring up problem receipts all the time. Get rid of check charge message if you have entered bank account info. This is another case of no one at firm uses app and / or the programmers don’t use. As other person stated they look for every excuse not to pay. Card being declined so pay out of pocket. I get receipt from Office for payment. Still not good enough. They also want EOB every time. Just get yourself. Seems random what they approve. One office approved another not approved. Receipts are identical. Same healthcare org two different physical offices I have never had so much problems with getting FSA money returned. App Support is dead link. It figures

I have used this for many years for the flex account and childcare reimbursement. Although the receipt uploads are not always accepted and can be confusing, overall this is a great way to save money and help pay for childcare and medical expenses!
