Paid for premium now my library is gone (for the second time) and it is prompting me to use coins to open chapters. My subscription doesn’t expire for another month. I will not renew.

I paid for the premium subscription for a whole year. I have had it for a month and then all of a sudden I can’t access my subscription and my library was gone. The app says I have to pay coins to read chapters now which is not how it’s supposed to work. I sent an email to their support team, but I have never heard back from them. There is no customer service and no communication. Save your money…just another scam.
