A majority of reviews cite crashes, failed logins, ghost login screens, and constant sign-outs, often rendering the app unusable. A smaller group appreciates fast, data-rich features like power search, tax records, and subdivision data. MLS coverage is inconsistent, with many states or associations missing. Recent reviews

This is the most user unfriendly MLS app. I am licensed in multiple states requiring multiple mls systems. This is inferior to every other one in the area. Crashes a lot, requires constant deletion and reinstall. Don’t expect to be able to get info quickly on the app.

The log-in feature continually crashes and doesn’t load. Have to uninstall app and redownload. Paying good money for CMLS and it feels wasteful. It’s embarrassing when my team and I are with clients.
