User Reviews

User reviews show a mixed view: several praise the newer Klipsch Connect Plus app for a cleaner UI and improved connectivity (notably TWS stereo pairing) and ease of use. However, many users report persistent connectivity and pairing problems, degraded performance after updates, and intrusive permission requests (location/local network). Installation glitches and tablet/readability concerns also recur. Overall sentiment highlights improved UX for some but reliability and privacy concerns remain widespread across multiple reviews.
Pros
  • Clean, intuitive UI and improved overall UX in recent updates.
  • Connectivity improvements, especially TWS stereo pairing, with fewer disconnects for some users.
  • Easier to use and generally more user-friendly than the old app.
  • Some users report stable performance and fewer crashes after updates.
Cons
  • Repeated connectivity and pairing problems; inconsistent connections; frequent re-pairing required.
  • Updates introduce UI/UX regressions, making the app feel slower and less intuitive for many users.
  • Location and Local Network permission requirements raise privacy concerns and feel unnecessary for basic controls.
  • Installation/upgrade issues (long spins, failures to install or upgrade).
  • Tablet usability/readability issues and phone-optimized design.

The bass just does hit as I expected. For the price I definitely thought my search had ended.
