Look at the supplement facts before you subscribe. “Sleep Tight” and “Focus” are sold as different products at $45.99 each, but they’re the same base: 25 mg CBD and 100 mg L-theanine in both. Sleep Tight adds melatonin and herbs. Focus adds 10 mg of caffeine — a fifth of what’s in a single espresso — plus a little guarana. So you’re buying the same core formula twice and paying full price both times. The 25 mg CBD dose is also low. Oral CBD has poor bioavailability, and these are isolate with no fat in the gummy, so very little actually reaches you. A plain tincture gives you far more CBD per dollar. Then there’s cancelling. I changed my mind and requested cancellation 90 minutes after ordering, in writing, through their own chat. Refused — they said the order had reached fulfillment. But the admin screenshot their own agent emailed me showed it as “Unfulfilled,” with no shipping label and no tracking number. Nothing had shipped. When I tried the in-app chat to reach a live agent, the login failed seven times — six email codes and one SMS code, every one returning “An error occurred while processing your action.” Locked out of their own support. Chat reset three times. Phone line had no agents. Twenty minutes waiting in chat, no reply. Decent branding, weak value, and a cancellation process built to run out the clock. Two years ago another reviewer reported the same login failure. On May 19 Medterra replied publicly saying they had completely rebuilt the app with a new login system. Two months later it failed seven times in a row for me.
