2025-07-15	Jo*****	I haven’t had the ability to see or make calls and texts for days now. No updates. I try to submit a request and that’s also “broken” so I’m stuck. We’re leaving this platform soon to Ring Central because of the countless issues.

2024-11-26	Ge*****	Exceedingly poor customer, contact, database and interaction… You can’t even delete or edit a customer contact from the iPhone app… User interface is poor, need some real work to make it user-friendly. Update 8/13/24: developer responded saying that you can edit a customer contact from the app, however, that is untrue for imported contacts. You can only edit customers that have been manually added in the app… Any customer contacts that you import cannot be edited. Update 11/26/24 I just updated the app to the latest version. Despite what the developer says below, imported contacts CANNOT be edited in the app. Only contacts that were added in the app can be edited in the app. Imported contacts do not have the little pen edit button in the upper right corner.
