Lately your app shows connected,but won’t connect.Why don’t you update the software or for that matter provide some information on why it’s like this or even simply responding to repeated messages?Simple is no longer Simple. Now it’s complicated. I’m ready to drop this app for yet another that will likely fail after awhile. Digital service is still trying to be like service in the real world,but still has a long way to go.
