That’s what my friend and I say to each other when we catch ourselves on the same wavelength. It’s our way of saying, pause, take that in, the universe is talking to us. I’ve had a regular meditation practice for years. What is offered here isn’t necessarily new information, but it’s spoken in a way where it feels fresh and obtainable which, in many ways, makes it feel like new information and is just as invigorating for the soul.
