The app needs to be updated and make sure the passengers dropped base on how close they’re to the location not about how the passengers enters the bus. ( e.g if one passenger is goin to blk 10 and other passenger is goin to blk 6, the app should let the blk 6 passenger drop off first since the bus will get to blk 6 first)

i just noticed that sometimes more passengers with different routes. drivers should know what is convenient route for passengers because some of us are working and we are not allowed to be late at work. although i understand that driver should pick up passengers. for me it gaved ma satisfy when i pick up and direct to my location. over all im satisfied with your service and really appreciated the good behavior of your drivers and the comfortable that gives to me.
