| 2026-08-21 | bl***** | The app has not managed to tell me how much energy it delivered in any session for months. The support people just brush it off. The scheduling barely works, and if you have a ToU plan, and the ToU peak period happens while your session is going, it will stop, but won’t resume after the peak period ends. They don’t seem to understand how ToU plans work and their scheduling support in the app shows this. | |

| 2026-08-01 | Ja***** | Just installed this unit. Set it up for 48A charging. EV will only accept 48A not 50A but. It’s has the wiring for 50A. I am the master electrician installing this for my shops new Ford E-Transit 350. Indoors at the panel. 60A std breaker (they don’t make GFCI for my square D panel for 60A 2P) Line- Ran #6 to outdoor spa type 60A GFCI breaker. Load of breaker to EVIQO charger. Removed factory wiring since it wouldn’t reach anyway. Ran thhn #6 in 1/2” Liquidtight to device. landed in device L1,L2,G connections. Put everything together correctly. I’ve installed this same unit at a customer’s residence and it worked great. Mine. Gave me an error. 8 flashes on the front of device. App says relay. Checked power from GFCI to unit. Got 244.0 L1-L2 122.1 L1-G 122.8 L2-G Seems like the ribbon cable going to the front from the board was the issue. We reseated it and the issue went away. So now we will see. I hope not to wake up to a van that wasn’t charged due to a fault that’s hard to pinpoint. But so far so good. I got 3 days until the van arrives. We will see then how it works out | |

| 2026-06-23 | Da***** | Notice that when the car miss charging schedule. The notification schedule would still shows up as the vehicle was charged but it wasn’t even plugged in and resulting in with orphan information. Overall still happy with the purchase and I’m sure you all will get the bug fix. | |

| 2026-06-05 | Da***** | No support for apple shortcuts like chargepoint and tesla. Plus the scheduling sucks, you can’t do a continous scheduling, scheduling is per day only. The overlapping schedule limitation sucks.. | |

| 2026-06-04 | Cl***** | The app is horrible and useless to anything but the most basic features. Be careful setting a schedule as if you want to program the best charging times at 11pm to 6am, that is actually 2 schedules… one from 11-11:59p and another from 12-6a. Also forget about putting in your electricity rates to allow it to estimate your cost, as those functions freeze up if you try anything but a basic rate. So if you want to program a TOU rate, you can’t because the second rate plan screen will not all any input whatsoever. | |
