2026-07-26	Ji*****	This app is terrible and freezes constantly. As soon as it opens it freezes and I am unable to use it. I’ve uninstalled several times and same issue. Please provide an update for a fix to support iOS 26.5.2.

2026-07-18	Ju*****	We set this up last year and it worked well, we were happy. We turned it off over the winter as we were gone soft several months. We’ve been trying to get it going again and it fails to connect to the cloud service. We’ve tried everything, rebooting the WiFi, hard rebooting camera and phone. We’ve tried everything set our network to 2.4 ghz, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc ….nothing works.

2026-06-10	Ch*****	Had to struggle to connect to app. Once connected it did not work. Every time I try to open the app, it freezes. I cannot update the device. I cannot use it to see camera. Sucks.

2026-06-09	dr*****	Haven’t even been able to open the camera once because the app glitches so bad. Should have checked to see what app is associated with my bird feeder camera before purchasing. Also noteworthy safari blocks the support site, advising of a non-private connection.

2026-05-30	Fs*****	I have had this camera for over a year and never had issues. Recently, it had an update and that caused my camera to disconnect. Every time I tried to reconnect it, it would fail. So I decided to delete it completely and reconnect the entire device. Not when I try to connect the device, I can only get to the screen where it find the camera and then the entire app freezes. It just sits there then kicks me out and proceeds to do the same thing over and over. Very frustrated!
