I canceled April 23. Checked my May statement and they charged me over $62 in May. They refuse to give me my money back and they are not even at my house and they are offering me free service through the 28. I have ring cause I needed longer than 6 second. Have asked for refund when I suspended services April 23rd. They are not that stupid. I have said the situation every was possible but they have same reply. We will combine camera fees and give me extra free time. Stupid

I almost never write reviews but this application and service is so terrible that I feel compelled to warn people to never get this app. First of all, the app interface is terribly written, difficult to navigate, and littered with typos. There is also an insane amount of ads before you can interact at all, unless you pay. You already need to buy a physical device to connect to the app, but you have to pay for the cloud services on top to have any useful functionalities. The detection functionality is also not good at all, tons of false negatives and positives. The last straw is how difficult it is to cancel the subscription. Everything is auto renewing by default and it is very unclear that it will do that. Unsubscribing is so so difficult, it’s not just a matter of pressing a button: you have to go through multiple rounds with the customer service who is extremely stubborn. I opened a request to cancel, and confirmed my intent, and it was still not canceled. I ended up being charged for many months after my cancellation request. Overall this is literally the worst service I have ever had to interact with. Stay far away from this app and everything else this company offers.
