2025-02-12	No*****	Dealing with being bedridden for an extended period of time, installed this app quite a while ago, and finally made myself try it today. I did the full workout. Definitely challenging! I think the best part about it is it treats you with dignity. The instructor behaves as it were any other exercise class, not for the elderly or bedridden. You're definitely going to need athletic shoes though- it's critical for achieving some some of the movements!

2024-11-08	Ny*****	Just downloaded the Senior Fit App for myself and my Husband. Tried to load the video thur Vimeo and it’s taking forever to load. Is this normal? I know the app is free but this is a bit ridiculous.

2024-05-11	Ch*****	I’ve only completed one session of each of the stretches, with video, and I feel so much better. It’s really exciting to feel like there is something that I can do to make my body stronger and more flexible. The ease of the stretches helps lower my anxiety about doing any type of exercise or movement. I can’t wait to share this app with my husband and my mom. Thank you.

2023-07-31	Ho*****	Not a user friendly app. I downloaded it on my iPad and the view was very small, about the size of an iphone. Every time I,tried to enlarge it, it went back to the prior screen. The view made the writing tiny! There is also no recommendations on how long or how many repititions to do for each exercise. Not impressed. I am deleting this from my device.
