My schools been using this app for who knows what reason and every time i need to add money it is always saying an error occurred, and yes i’ve tried this with multiple cards. I’m forced to redownload the app and sign in again. It’s so inconvenient and as of more recently everytime I open the app I am logged out of my account and forced to sign in again

2025-09-10	hu*****	As the parent, we can load up our kids’ accounts so they can buy lunch. BUT, the kids who use the app can’t see if they have the funds to purchase their food at school lunch. MAKE THE BALANCE VISIBLE TO THE KID (user) SO THEY KNOW THEY CAN SPEND THE MONEY THAT YOU HOLD! Signed, The parent that is using your system on the recommendation of the school we pay tuition to send our kids to.

2025-08-28	Ch*****	The app crashed several times. The only thing that it was able to do was take my money/ load money on the account. I expected something more professional and up to date. They also charge a $4 fee per student for adding money to the account. That fee should be invested in paying for new application development. Customer service number doesn’t work either. New to this lunch program and already disappointed.

2025-03-27	Mo*****	Absolute garbage. Dealt with this app since 9/2024 because my son’s HS uses it on his meal card/ID for his meals, and discourages use of Apple Pay/phone usage. So many emails sent at that time and now, 3/2025, about problems adding money to his account: constant “unexpected error”, problems logging in. It is SO frustrating. Customer service treats you like you’re the problem, then saying they’ll send it to their IT for resolution. Do they even have IT support?? Horrible app. Avoid at all costs.

This app is terrible, very inconvenient and they charge $3 or $4 software fee for each transaction, I have seriously never experienced a application as horrible as this one, makes me wonder why we are forced to use this trash so our kids can eat at school, do better.
