Most reviews describe Servery as unreliable and hard to use. Core issues include location/search failures, payment/checkout errors with potential extra charges, and a confusing UI with frequent glitches. Location detection/search failures: app cannot detect location or find nearby locations (employer or city/state)
Payment and checkout failures: payments fail or orders fail, with multiple charges for failed attempts and saved cards not consistently recognized
Poor UX/UI and navigation: non-intuitive navigation, nested menus, difficult to use, and slow performance
Reliability and bugs: frequent glitches such as orders failing without error codes, buttons unresponsive, and frequent sign-out/login issues

This app crashes ALL THE TIME!!! In order to unfreeze the app, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is so frustrating and the app needs to be overhauled for it to be at bare minimum: “decent”.

Our company just switched to this and it’s absolute garbage. Frequently you put in an order and it says received but never actually orders. Navigation is a pain. Tracking is hit or miss. You think you ordered because you receive confirmation but you have to check your bank account/credit card statement to see if it immediately refunded because there is no other notification. So rather than taking 10 mins for your order it’s now over an hour by the time you figure out their trash app dropped your stuff. This is so unacceptable. There is no excuse for how bad this is in this day and age.
