I got an EG4 backup system installed three years ago, but was never able to get it to work even after two electricians looked at it and countless calls to Signature Solar and hours of waiting on hold didn’t help at all. After giving up for a couple years, I decided to let AI give it a try and finally it was able to figure out the correct settings.

App is a must have because it permits online support to install latest firmware for inverter. Also great is monitoring of Inverters in parallel and recording of events, such as error codes.
