TM-VAX

This is a Vaccination Card - App and counter part to the TM Vax Dashboard. It can be used as a digital vaccination card showing vaccinations entered in the system by medical staff. It shows the status and due date of the vaccination. Own vaccinations are addable, although they wont be confirmed - this feature is for private use only (e.g. remembering a due date of a vaccination administered in a different hospital).

Login can be done via a QR-Code. The QR-Code can be obtained at participating hospitals or medical practices.
