Overall the app is decent but every week we have glitching, lagging, etc. Google calendar syncs for office but not crew which seem so simple not to have. You have to manually log all items for book keeping..HUGE PTA, so we sync quickbooks. The work orders aren’t able to be sent as a portal so crew has to review as pdf or sign in on arbostar. If you have no service is a big deal and causes a lot of headache. The fact there’s not automation for invoicing is pretty 1990s and should be 100% part of how invoicing and such is integrated.

ArboStar is great ascetically- but possibly the worst functioning app on the market. The only app in my 15+ years of using crm's that you have to clear the cache and I have to multiple times a day.
