Arborsist is a professional tree management and safety reporting system designed for field workers, councils, and property managers.

With Arborsist, every tree can be uniquely identified using an NFC tag. Workers and the public can scan a tree, view its details, and report issues directly from their phone. This creates a live, accurate record of tree condition, risk, and maintenance needs.

Each tree can be linked to a physical NFC tag. Tapping the tag opens the tree’s record instantly, even for guests.

• Guest reporting
Members of the public can report problems without creating an account. They simply scan the tree, enter their email, select the safety level, and submit photos.

• Urgent vs Informational reports
Every report is classified as either Urgent or Informational, making it easy to prioritise dangerous trees and manage routine maintenance.

• Photo evidence with affected area
Reporters upload two photos: a full view of the tree and a close-up of the affected area. A circle can be drawn on the second image to clearly show the problem.

• Tree inventory
Workers can view, search, and manage all trees in one place, including their status, location, and linked NFC tags.

• Issue tracking
All reports are stored against each tree with status tracking (Pending or Resolved), making it easy for office staff to manage work and close out issues.

• Real-time updates
New reports and changes appear instantly for workers and office teams.
