First, they ask for three months of bank statements, then they ask you to connect your bank account so they can monitor transactions—which feels unsafe, especially after already receiving the statements. They also require references from coworkers, employers, and previous landlords, with each person forced to write at least 100 characters. On top of that, they request numerous documents, including insurance and vehicle registration. The app is also extremely buggy and constantly gives errors. The entire process is excessive, invasive, and frustrating.

2026-06-22	Ya*****	Everything was great, but the most important part didn’t work right! I needed to Mark a different date range on the application since I am joining an existing lease, however, it didn’t let me! It was fixed to the current year / month. Probably will delay me.

2025-10-21	ju*****	I’m surprised that this app is causing me a big problem for beeing accepted in the buildings association and thus my lease is at risk! The landlord is not beeing able to sign a document due to a tech issue and no one is beeing able to help! I called 3 times and always I have to wait for 1 hour … I’m very disappointed!

2025-09-11	Ma*****	$300 to upload and verify couple basic documents to just send it to my HOA is a scam and I have been ripped off of $300. Shameful. And the association told me they have no control over the fees because that’s what you negotiated with them so someone doesn’t have their story straight. Either way it’s a scam. Background checks don’t cost $300
