Our handy VIN scanner/ VIN QR code reader saves you mega time when you are ordering new liens. You simply use your smart phone or iPad to start the lien sale and then you can take a picture of the VIN or the QR code on the vehicle. The VIN scanner will decode 17-digit VIN numbers and will auto populate the fields for you. You would then just need to enter the remaining information needed for the lien. Covering all of California
