Findlan Inspections is the mobile companion for inspectors who verify construction draws. When a lender needs eyes on a job site before releasing funds, this app puts everything you need to finish the visit in one place — your assignments, the draw details, site photos, and your pay.

ASSIGNMENTS AT A GLANCE • See every inspection assigned to you, split into Pending and Completed. • Each job is organized by property address, with the builder, borrower, and lender clearly listed. • Check the requested draw amount and a funding ring that shows how far the project is funded. • Read the office's "Before you start" instructions for each visit. • Pull to refresh and pick up new assignments as they're scheduled.
