It also didn’t get an email that my test results were ready (and an email for the app with email username/password) until over two weeks after my test results actually came in. Please fix your app and processes!

2025-05-28	Me*****	I used the app a few times and it was great. Now it does not remember my password and when I click forgot password to enter my email it keeps saying server error.

2025-02-05	Sw*****	For the cost of the test, it’s surprising that the app design and reliability is disappointing. Similar to another user, the loading circle of death is quite frustrating. If it does eventually load, I would suggest screenshotting your results.

2024-05-17	Mu*****	First off this app makes you sign in every time you open it like it’s a banking app or something and not only does it ask for your username and password but also your date of birth which can’t be typed in but you have to scroll to input it. So annoying. The meal plans I was promised when I paid for the test has said “coming soon” for a month and now I’m not even able to log into the app anymore I just get a little circle going round and round and round when I hit login.
