This app has been a frustrating experience. Payroll is often delayed, which is unacceptable when people depend on getting paid on time. On top of that, charging users a fee just to view payroll information feels like a cash grab. The app is slow, unreliable, and not user-friendly. Employees shouldn’t have to pay extra to access basic information about their own paycheck. I hope the developers fix these issues because, in its current state, I can’t recommend this app.

I use this app to punch in and out for my job every day, and it seems to function inconsistently. Some days it works well. Other days it logs you out, forcing you have to log back in-even after saving your password and/or using FaceID. My boss has told me to uninstall & reinstall the app a couple of times now (which hasn’t fixed the problem) and I’ve tried multiple phone restarts over the course of the months our team has been using it. Nothing fixes the problem. I have not personally dealt with their IT department to see if there is adequate help available, but from the everyday employee’s point of view, it’s not up to par.

Can’t login because it’s requiring a multi factor authentication code and it’s just sending me an email saying someone is trying to login but no code so I can’t get logged in at all
