Thankfully my bank tagged it as fraud and declined the charge. I signed up when feeling vulnerable and wanting all the mental health help I could get. Every other app and online website accounts that have actually been useful (the content on this app is not unique) have very easy ways to cancel within the site or app. If you are reading this, do not give them your $ info.

I bought a one month experience, but then a year later it was flipped into an annual membership and I was charged without warning. When I wrote to point this out and ask for a refund, I was given a copy of the terms and conditions and told too bad. There’s no way to cancel online. For a company that claims to care about mental health, this is very sketchy behavior. It’s also not industry standard. Bad form Neuro. Maybe take more of your own advice.

I’ve been enjoying the free sessions for about a year now, and decided to subscribe because I’m interested in longer and more involved meditation series. The programming here is well thought out and I like that there’s an option to choose a more traditionally feminine or masculine voice range for your guide/instructor. People respond differently, particularly if they’ve had trauma in their lives, and that Neuromodus recognizes this is refreshing. 10/10 would recommend for beginning and intermediate practitioners. Can’t speak for advanced folks because that’s not my level.

2023-08-30	Mo*****	They keep charging me even though I only signed up for 1 month. The app is only a white screen and I have no login to cancel my subscription. I’ve emailed several times with no avail. Shame on you for scamming people who are trying to cope with burn out and trauma!

2023-07-25	fi*****	Signed up and never got login information. Never prompted to download the app. All they do is send articles by email and ask you to make charts. When canceling I found it didn’t have a login on the website. I had to setup an account from a link they sent to be able to cancel.
