MyHealthy Rewards by BlueCare Plus Tennessee helps eligible members take an active role in their wellness journey. Use personalized tools to understand your health, complete healthy actions, track activities, and work toward earning rewards.

Features include a healthy-action to-do list, a wellness Health Library, reward redemption for gift cards, and a Message Center with reminders about available activities and rewards. The app can also connect with Apple Health and other supported devices to track activity, when applicable.
