You can use My Health Rewards to earn points, which can be redeemed for health-related rewards, by reporting your medication usage and learning about high blood pressure and the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

This Mobile App is only intended for patients on Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. blood pressure medications and should be only be downloaded by patients who are enrolled in the My Health Rewards program and meet all eligibility criteria.
