Document Talker is a Japanese Text To Speech engine. It can be used to read out various texts.

There are four types of voices: "Takashi", "Keiko", "Taro" and "Hanako". Select "Keiko", "Takashi", "Hanako" or "Taro" from "DTalker_TTS" in "System Settings", "Accessibility", "Reading Content", "System Voice" and then "Japanese". It can also be used to read selections, use with VoiceOver, and for development with AVSpeechSynthesizer.

Premium wasn’t working and it turned back when I reopen the app so I use the user dictionary and started to type that other words just everything with us a character that text to speech and cannot read. And the other ones!! This only happens when punctuation otherwise it might say a little bit
