These disconnect constantly and don’t work with other apps at all. I’ve followed every troubleshooting guide multiple time and keep hoping the next firmware update will resolve these basic issues, but nope. It doesn’t seem like basic improvements are a priority. So unfortunate and disappointing too because these could be so great. They disrupt my sleep so much I gave up on them.

These Sleepbuds are super comfortable and easy to use. I utilize a number of gadgets to sleep: AC unit, and a cooling device for my mattress and these buds drown out the noise with soothing masking sounds. I’ve just started using them and so far I am loving them!

How can I fall asleep if the moment I take the connected earbuds out of the case and place in ears… the app say to put back in case and reconnect…. Every single time I try to use this product.
