I really love the comfort and sound on these sleep headphones- it has given me unmatched sleep again after dealing with a noisy partner and ringing ears. However the app and software for the headphone is so underwhelming. The connection takes forever and is inconsistent. You can't connect the same headphones across different devices. The app just updates the headphones whenever it wants (including taking up to 30 mins right as you want to go to sleep). The app if clunky often freezes. Be better

Update after a few weeks: they are the comfiest ear buds for sure. But it still has bad connections. Major connectivity issues on Android. As well as sound cutting in and out when I tilt my head or touch the ear buds themselves. Hoping that's a product issue and not a software issue so we can easily replace them. They're very comfortable and i don't wanna have to switch to something else, but I quite literally can't go more than a minute without them cutting out unless I sit perfectly still.
