2026-08-04	Ta*****	First, I’d like to say I’m currently battling cancer so I haven’t been on top of things like I should be. But, I noticed a couple days ago that I was being charged for this app and I did not subscribe to it. I get to investigating more and they have been charging me for close to a year if not longer. I immediately contacted apple and I can only try for a refund for 8 charges. So, these ppl who feel like have stolen money from someone battling cancer and is already struggling. I have tried over and over to contact them but every time I do, it will not go through. The lady from apple even tried to help me and we never could get it to go through. I would recommend checking your bank accounts to make sure you’re not being charged for their app. Other than that I do not know anything about the app itself. I use ChatGpt & always have. It maybe a great app- but trying to reach someone is ridiculous.

I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and did not use the service after the renewal. I contacted support right away, but my refund request was denied. The support process was frustrating, confusing, and mostly handled by automated responses that repeatedly referenced the wrong purchase before finally refusing a refund. Customers should be extremely careful when signing up and make sure to cancel well before renewal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

2026-03-26	bs*****	I cannot believe I spent $60 on this. Virtually every prompt that I have given has resulted in close to worthless sub par information. I have tried creating images, asked for help rewording emails, and many other simple questions and it’s almost like AI is simply not interested in helping or answering my questions. You’ll be better off just using a free service.
