1 Star Very disappointed with this app and its billing practices. I was charged $59.99 for an automatic yearly renewal without realizing my subscription was still active. I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and did not use the service after the renewal. I contacted support right away, but my refund request was denied. The support process was frustrating, confusing, and mostly handled by automated responses that repeatedly referenced the wrong purchase before finally refusing a refund. Customers should be extremely careful when signing up and make sure to cancel well before renewal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
