Users praise fast, easy bulk import of contacts from Excel/VCF and overall usefulness, but repeatedly note issues with field mapping (especially multiple phone numbers and labels), occasional import failures and limits, download quotas, opaque error messages, and lack of language support.

Very fast import from Excel/VCF
Easy to use (idiot-proof)
Supports bulk import of many contacts at once and bulk data cleanup/management
Useful for converting/transferring contacts between formats (Excel to VCF)

Cons

Field mapping limitations (cannot map multiple phone numbers or labels such as home/work)
Import errors or running out of imports (occasional failures and limits)
Download/usage limits (limited number of downloads)
Unreadable error messages or poor UI feedback (colors/backgrounds make errors hard to read)
Language/localization issues (not supported for non-English users)

I didn’t see this noted anywhere, so wanna make sure everyone’s aware. It only pulls in name, email, notes and company. No mailing address information, so doesn’t fit my needs.
