Review summary

User reviews show a pattern of unreliable syncing between Fitbit and Apple Health, frequent login/authentication errors, and a heavy paywall that leaves most features behind a paid subscription. Many report little or no customer support and occasional data inaccuracies. While a minority note brief periods of proper function or value, the overall sentiment is negative due to outages, unclear pricing, and poor diagnostics.
Pros
  • Some reviewers report that the free version provides basic step tracking without paying.
  • In certain setups, the app can serve as a workaround to get Fitbit data into Apple Health using other devices (e.g., Hume pod).
  • A few users had positive experiences when the app worked as expected or performed well.
Cons
  • Paywall and subscription model lock most features behind payment; many users feel it is overpriced and unnecessary.
  • Frequent syncing failures between Fitbit and Apple Health, with errors and lost connections.
  • Login/authentication issues, including 403 forbidden errors due to Fitbit login page changes and outdated app.
  • Poor or nonexistent customer support and lack of helpful troubleshooting resources.
  • Data accuracy concerns and reliability issues, including inaccurate step data and inconsistent performance.

2026-08-24 似痴***** I’m not great with integrations, but Syncfit was easy to use. Connecting my Fitbit account and linking to Apple Health didn’t feel complicated. I can see the sync status and know it’s working. My heart rate and weight records have been appearing correctly, which is the main thing for me.

2026-08-24 ch***** The connection flow was straightforward: authorize Fitbit, link to Apple Health, then let it sync. I liked that I could confirm the transfer without getting lost in settings. My heart rate, resting metrics, and some activity details updated in Health and didn’t overwrite my existing entries. Overall, it’s practical for someone who tracks often.

2026-08-24 Na***** I wanted my older Fitbit data in Apple Health, not just new workouts. Syncfit was able to pull historical records, which made my trends make sense. It took a bit depending on how much data I had, but it eventually populated the timeline. After that, daily updates were smoother and I didn’t have to think about it.

2026-08-24 si***** One reason I stayed with Syncfit is that I can choose which Fitbit data types go into Apple Health. I only selected steps, sleep, and workouts, and the rest stays out. That keeps my Apple Health less cluttered. The syncing itself has been smooth, and updates show up as expected.

2026-08-19 Uw***** My Fitbit readings weren’t consistently showing in Apple Health, so I tried this for syncing. It does the transfer in the background, and I can see heart rate and workouts appear after they update on Fitbit. The interface makes it clear what’s connected. I also like that my existing Apple Health data stays intact.

2026-08-19 Yl***** I set up Fitbit once and the app keeps pushing my data to Apple Health. Steps and sleep show up reliably without me manually entering anything. The background sync is the main reason I kept it. After authorizing, I didn’t have to change settings for it to work. Overall it feels straightforward and dependable.
