Just tapping on a message in the app transfers that text to iMessage or WhatsApp (if installed on iPhone), ready to send or modify before sending. Drawing on lived experience from people who have been there, and medically approved, Prevent A Suicide: What To Say is an app designed to help you communicate with someone who may be at risk of suicide. It is based on the website https://preventasuicide.org which provides evidence-based guidance and support from survivors, supporters and experts in suicide prevention.

All our messages are medically approved and peer supported texts that you can send, and edit if you wish, to suit your situation.
