Skips doesn’t work well at all and I hear a car go by but won’t see it on camera. I’m very disappointed!!!

The doorbell rings but no video records for years I paid for the video recording and I don’t get no video recordings. I did contact Customer service April 5, 2026 but have not gotten no reply.
