I have enjoyed these cameras , but lately one is blurry and not give me good picture , how to fix this ? I’ve even tried to clean it . Still happens .

I paid annual subscription for this app but it’s a failed service. I’ve set the cameras to detect human but every little car movement or object blown by the wind, it records it and forced stop detection when reaching 100 videos. Thus, it couldn’t record any actual human footage when detection was close automatically. And then the records videos keeps on disappearing when needed even though it said that it’s keep for 30 days. Also, it doesn’t display all cameras actively at once. Keep on slowly loading each camera when selected. I cancelled the subscription after all these issues.
